AM Band are an energetic Czech modern rock trio that are passionate about unique songwriting, the underground music scene and wailing guitar solos. Founded in 2003 by their guitarist and singer Ondrej Malina in his hometown of Karvina the band has seen many changes over the years, none so prominent as their move to the second biggest Czech city, Brno, in 2010.
AM Band have recorded six albums so far, with the latest, “Any Day Now,” released in 2019 under the guidance of a renowned Czech producer, Milos Dodo Dolezal.
Their next album, ‘Animal Inside,’ was written during lockdown and reflects the desperation and disconnection to those around us that many people felt during those times. On the other hand, this gave the band a lot of time to perfect the tracks, making this their most comprehensive album to date. ‘Animal Inside,’ is scheduled to be released on 1st June 2024.
